  • Acrylics

Acrylic is one of our preferred and most used materials. When laser cut it produces a super clean edge with the appearance of flame polishing. We are happy to cut acrylic up to 1/4" of an inch thick with a slight kerf. Cast acrylic yields better results than extruded.
  • Anodized Aluminum

Laser etching adds that special touch to your anodized products
  • Derlin

Delrin® is an acetal resin that bridges the gap between metals and ordinary plastics with a unique combination of creep resistance, strength, stiffness, hardness, dimensional stability, toughness, fatigue resistance, solvent and fuel resistance, abrasion resistance, low wear and low friction.
  • Mdf

Medium-density fiberboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibers, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is denser than plywood and is made up of separated fibers, (not wood veneers) but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood. It is stronger and much more dense than normal particle board. MDF cuts so well it seems like it was made for laser cutting and engraving. The cost effective material produces very intricate cuts and is a readily available solution for most laser cut projects. MDF works extremely well for prototype/mockup and architectural projects requiring additional hand labor, finishing, or painting. MDF's amazing qualities lend it self to be used for architectural details, grills, vents, furniture, stencils, props, trim, moldings, etc.
  • Laser Cutting Stencils

Stencils can be used for decorative and practical purposes. T-shirts, identification labeling, decorations, ect. Stencils are created using multiple methods. Laser cutting on wood or plastic will provide a long lasting stencil. Vinyl cutting is best for one off and intricate stencils.
  • Laser Cutting Textiles

Both natural and synthetic textiles can be laser cut and etched. From custom trims to unique patterns or graphics, laser cutting creates infinite possibilities for the fashion industry and for incorporating textiles into other applications.
  • Leather

Laser Etched and Cut Leather Whether for clothing, shoes, bags or accessories beautiful detailing can be etched and/or cut onto leather and suede.
  • Cardboard

Cardboard, chipboard, and pressed heavy stock paper are commonly used for POP displays and packaging. Laser cutting of these materials results in precise, clean, and highly intricate cuts for prototypes and production of items too detailed for die-cutting.
  • Coated Metal Marking

Anodized or Painted Aluminum offers an amazingly clean result when laser engraved. This type of marking is commonly used for medical devices, scientific equipment, tools, awards, jewelry, and gifts. Laser etching is perfect for marking coated metals. The durable corrosion resistant zinc finish applied to steel provide an excellent surface for high contrast logos and marking. Laser metal marking into stainless steel is a great alternative to conventional engraving or painting. This process provides an amazingly crisp and high contrast image. In addition to super high resolution our etched surfaces produce a flawless flat black allowing it to be highly legible. This is perfect for custom gifts, product numbering, and identification tags.
