What materials can be laser cut?
We are able to cut a variety of materials; some of the most common are wood, mylar, acrylic, paper, mdf, cardboard, leathers, and fabrics. Some metals. However new material are constanly arriving. If you have a material that you want us to test cut contact us.

What is the maximum size that can be cut?
Our largest laser cutter is 20” x 32”, and our maximum cut depth is 1/2. We also can stack your design to meet your desired height”

Do you cut and assemble signs?
Our clients often use our services to create anythihg. With signs we can assist with gluing, assembling, sanding and finishing signs on a case by case basis. We do not currently offer installation services, but we can assist with sourcing appropriate hardware.

I don't have a design file. Can you design my idea in adobe illustrator?
Yes we are graphic designers with the skills to build or fix your files for cutting and engraving.

How long will it take to complete my project?
Most projects can be turned around in 4-5 days and at times less, but your timeline will be evaluated when you send your design in for a quote. Rush ordes are billed almost double via Zelle to move your project to the top of the list.

Can you ship my order?
We can ship your projects to you! You must provide your full shipping addess. We use UPS, and USPS. Please let us know if you will need a project shipped so we can include the cost of shipping in your quote. Also if you have a fed Ex number you can provide it in the online form.

Can I drop off my own materials?
You are welcome to provide your own materials for projects (for specialty materials like paper, wood, or leather, we highly recommend sourcing these yourself). Materials or items can be dropped off at our NJ studio during business hours M-F 10am-6pm. We ship orders when clients provide their full shipping address.

What materials can you engrave on?
We can engrave on Wood, Glass, some Metals, Leather, Stone, Paper, Board and acrylic and others. Engraving results are beautiful and clean.

What is the line stroke for cutting?
Prepare your file with a line stroke of .001. black. Fill colors can be soild k100 or r255 .

Woods
Woods are our best friend. We normally cut plywood, birch wood, sanded wood and mdf. Other woods includes Alder, Ash, Aspen, Beech, Black Limba, Bloodwood, Bolivian Rosewood, Butternut, Canarywood, Cherry, Curly Maple, Hard Maple, Lacewood, Mahogany, Monkeypod, Paduk, Poplar, Purpleheart, Quarter Sawn White Oak, Red Cedar, Red Oak, Walnut, Wenge, White Oak, Yellowheart, Zebrawood.
