Custom orders are considered “final sale” and are non-refundable. This is because these items are made to specific customer specifications, making them difficult to resell. Once production has begun refunds are far less likely. Depending on the work order production begins asap to meet the required shipping date requested by the client. If a client needs are immeadiate and they paid an express services their order advance to production.

For the sake of transparency and to facilitate a clear understanding of the agreement, we advise all customers to thoroughly review the work order form before submitting payment. Laser Cut This will honor its written agreement to complete customers request.

Clients can make chages or corrections to a work order within reasonable time. To insure quality we may send a digital proof to confirm sizes and design objectives. Clients are advised to send final design with all changes before any payment is made. Samples are billable. We advise customers to order a sample/ test to confirm quality of cut. Samples will allows Laser Cut This to prepare power, and speed settings for bulk and production runs.

All custom and online work orders are kept on file for review and reference. Clients alsways are sent estimates / invoces with a reference number to track details with the work order.
